Cancellations: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. 

If for any reason a session is canceled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged (£65 per session).You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions.  All bookings must be paid for when booking or you will loose your appointment.

Payments: Must be paid at time of booking 

Initial Consultation :An Initial Consultation is offered to all clients except clients receiving treatment to stop smoking at a fee of £25 with a free MP3

The Initial Consultation may also be combined with the first session whenever necessary and in this case a standard fee of £85 applies. 

Standard Consultation: Treatment of most conditions requires regular session attendance. Initially these are booked at one-week intervals. 

After achieving the desired results, sessions are booked in two and three-week intervals to ensure long term change has been achieved. There is no predetermined timescale to treatment as the response to treatment varies from person to person. The only exceptions are treatments for stop-smoking (one two-hour appointment) and specific phobia treatment (three one-hour appointments spread over three-week period).
